Refunds and warranty
If you have made a purchase in our online store, then, in accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right within 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods without stating a reason.
To submit a return request, click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to Customer Account, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
a. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Pack your product securely in a cardboard box and on the box or return label write "RETURN - order number" ex. RETURN - #1001
- Send your parcel by any courier to:

Once we receive the goods, we will try to handle your return as soon as possible.
If the return is accepted, your funds will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made.
If a situation were to arise that our goods would have damage or break down over time during the warranty period, you are entitled to a claim.
