4. What personal data do we process?
As part of the use of the Online Shop, the following data of our customers may be processed: name and surname, residential address, correspondence address, telephone number, e-mail address, NIP or KRS number, IP address of the device, bank account number or other information provided to us by users of the Online Shop via e-mail, contact form available in the Online Shop, postal mail or telephone contact.
5. For what purpose are personal data of the users of the Online Shop collected and processed?
- in order to use the offer of our Online Shop by placing an order via the order form
- for the purpose of shipping products ordered by our customers in the Online Shop,
- to respond to enquiries from customers of the Online Shop and enable them to contact us by e-mail, the contact form available on this website, by post or by telephone
- for voluntary registration, i.e. the creation of an account by our customers in the Online Shop. In the above situation, we store the data provided in order to facilitate our customers' future use of the Online Shop until deregistration (deletion of the account)
- for the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling in connection with the declaration of withdrawal
- in order for the Administrator to establish or assert claims or to defend against such claims
- in order to conclude and perform a contract with our contractors

In accordance with generally applicable law, we process our customers' personal data for the period of time needed to achieve the purposes indicated above. After this period, our customers' personal data will be subject to irreversible deletion or destruction under the terms of the RODO.
