Sony PlayStation - Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition - Game for PlayStation 5

Revenge at Japan’s northern edge

Ghost of Yōtei tells a standalone story set 300 years after the events of Ghost of Tsushima. Sixteen years after her family was murdered, Atsu journeys across Ezo, hunting the Yōtei Six. Her expedition gradually becomes a tale of alliances, healing, and a life beyond revenge.

The open world of Ezo

Travel on foot or horseback through the lands around Mount Yōtei—from meadows and flower-filled fields to snow-covered ridges and rocky wastelands. Set up camps, visit hot springs and shrines, paint sumi-e artworks, complete bamboo challenges, and use a spyglass to discover more locations and quests.

Dynamic combat

Step into the heat of battle with an incredible arsenal of melee and ranged weapons. Train under masters to learn how to use new equipment, hone your skills, and develop your own unique playstyle.

Weapons tailored to your opponent

Train under masters and unlock further weapon types, including a katana, dual katanas, ōdachi, yari, kusarigama, and ranged weapons. Developable skills let you disarm opponents, turn their own weapons against them, fight on horseback, and summon a wolf companion.

An unconventional tale

Rise above brutal combat and discover a story of healing, which you will experience alongside Atsu in the name of a new, prosperous future. During your journey, you will meet a wide range of characters, each with different talents and motivations.

At the edge of Japan

Admire the dangerous yet picturesque lands around the slopes of Yōtei: from meadows full of wildflowers to snow-covered ridges—and beyond. Travel on foot or horseback and discover numerous optional activities that will help you develop your skills.

One mission, six targets

The Yōtei Six consist of the Snake, Kitsune, Oni, the Spider and Dragon brothers, and their leader, Lord Saito. Each opponent uses a different fighting style, weaponry, and support network, so every hunt requires a change of tactics.

“Echoes of Sekigahara” story expansion

The expansion introduces an important figure from Atsu’s past and a new area of Ezo filled with previously unknown enemies. The story reveals the heroine’s experiences from the Battle of Sekigahara, while gameplay is expanded with a new weapon type, armor, and cosmetic items.

“Head Hunter” Survival Mode

Face successive waves of enemies and challenging bosses in an additional survival mode. Progress allows you to earn new weapons, cosmetic items, and playable characters.

Ghost of Yōtei: Legends

The cooperative Legends mode offers 12 story missions for two players, Survival across four maps, and four-player Raids culminating in battles against supernatural versions of the Yōtei Six members. Choose from four classes: Samurai, Archer, Mercenary, and Shinobi. Online gameplay requires an internet connection, a PlayStation account, and an active PlayStation Plus subscription.

The edition includes a mask, the Hokkyokusei charm, Snake Armor, “Digital Deluxe” armor dye, a “Digital Deluxe” horse and saddle, and a sword decoration set. The package is rounded out by early access to Traveler’s Maps and the Amaterasu charm.
