NuPhy - Field75 HE V2 Magnetic Switch Gaming Keyboard

The New Field Theory
Field75 HE V2 brings Field’s bold, industrial design into a new era of speed and precision — with magnetic control, RT down to 0.005 mm, and a 32K scan rate.

Unlock untapped potential
Field75 HE V2 retains the unconventional, sci-fi spirit of the original, now expressed in a lighter, faster design language. Semi-transparent details add depth and dynamism to its asymmetrical 75% fform, while the EM Lab keycap set — created for Field — completes the theme with lab-inspired contrast.

Layered buttons. Classic controls, now fully layer-aware. Up to four functions per button, plus HE-specific functions such as the key actuation indicator and the 2D light switch.

Wrist rest and desk mats. A new electromagnetic take on the classic two-piece, two-tone look, and the high-detail-density Orbit desk mat will give your eyes plenty to take in while your arms rest.

Magnet magic
Speed starts before bottom-out. Magnetic switches separate the actuation point from tactile resistance, so keystrokes register faster, with less wasted travel and more precise control. When every millisecond counts, rapid trigger takes it a step further.

Ex-actuate
Set the actuation point your way — from ultra-light to more decisive. With precise travel resolution and a wide adjustment range, Field75 HE V2 adapts to quick shots, tight timings, and everything in between.
Rapid trigger
With a reset of just 0.005 mm, Field75 HE V2 is ready to act again almost instantly. Rapid Trigger makes repeated presses fast and smooth, and Rapid Trigger Pro allows one press and one release to trigger two separate actions.
Dynamic keystroke
Turn one press into multiple commands. With up to four actions assigned to a key press and release, Dynamic Keystroke gives combos, macros, and skill chains a smoother, more analog rhythm.
Speed from start to finish
Performance goes far beyond the switch itself. Field75 HE V2 was built to transmit every signal faster — with a 144MHz MCU, 8000Hz polling rate, total latency of just 0.45 ms, RT down to 0.005 mm, and a 32K scan rate that makes every input crisp, stable, and instant.

More computing power means faster response. 8000Hz polling requires serious computing power. That’s where Nu2 comes in: a 144MHz MCU with USB 2.0 support and 256KB flash, designed to keep the signal path fast and stable. In real-world testing, it helps reduce total latency to just 0.45 ms — up to 5.3× faster than our 1000Hz wired keyboards.
Connection speed comparison

* Latency tests are conducted using a CMSIS-DAP-compatible hardware debugging unit by measuring the time difference between the Enter key switch closure and the keypress event being registered on the PC, then subtracting the device’s internal latency (provided by the manufacturer) from the measurement. Test results do not include pre-travel latency of key switches, which varies across different switch types, because switch circuits are electronically closed during testing.
Hit all the right notes. Many small, subtle things must be refined before a change of just 0.01 mm in travel can be properly resolved, not merely detected. Even slight vibrations can cause large deviations in readings, as can interference in the baseline voltage. With Field75 HE V2, we not only designed the TOP mount structure, electronics, and error-checking process for every component, but also properly managed assembly and testing across the supply chain. Ultimately, it’s the <0.01 mm error generated by the overall approach that makes fine-tuning actuation distance useful for first-time users.

Low latency starts at the sensor level. Field75 HE V2 uses individually packaged Hall effect sensors, powered independently from the RGB LEDs, helping them maintain high sensitivity even with full lighting effects. Further, a proprietary filtering algorithm enables the MCU to read every signal at full speed and with industry-leading accuracy.

At your fingertips
NuPhyIO makes magneto-mechanical tuning easier to achieve and easier to read. Every performance parameter can be adjusted in real time, with instant visual feedback via tools like per-key rapid-trigger and sensitivity overlays, as well as a two-color actuation indicator bar. Global settings can also be saved as layers, ready to load whenever you need them.

Mac, Windows, Linux... whatever you want. NuPhyIO key remapping and macros work smoothly across all major desktop platforms, or any platform that supports Chromium-based browsers, making it even easier to tailor Field75 HE to your needs.

It’s like profiles, but for pros. The new mode system combines layers, backlighting, actuation point, and sensitivity into one organized configuration. Create different modes for different operating systems or games, then switch between them instantly with the redesigned switch.

Seeing is believing. Dead zone, resolution, and other advanced settings are now visualized, animated, and adjusted in real time. Layers follow the same logic — up to 12 total are supported, including 4 in each mode.

EM-otional support
Magnetic precision narrows the design options. Field75 HE V2 answers with an aluminum plate and top-mount assembly, with silicone damping built into the plate to soften the impact and help preserve sound and feel — without compromising travel accuracy.

Top Mount. Silicone pads and wraps placed around mounting screws and other contact points between the frame and plate help achieve gasket-mount-like sound consistency, without any errors caused by deformation.

Sound engineering on a solid foundation. A straightforward layer stack — two layers of Poron, one aluminum plate, and a silicone damping mat — gives Field75 HE V2 a clear, balanced acoustic character. No tricks, just thoughtful materials and tuning.

KAPtain on the bridge
The Cherry profile gives Field keycaps their signature comfort and control. Made from double-shot PBT, they offer crisp legends, deep color, and an oil- and scratch-resistant surface, so they keep looking great for a long time.

Made for magnetism
Jade Dragon-N is our new flagship magnetic switch, co-developed with Gateron. Its two-piece POM stem improves control and reduces accidental actuations, while the positive-latch mechanism and dual rear-cover design deliver less wobble, smoother travel, and a cleaner acoustic profile.
