NEOGEO - Magician Lord - Game for NEOGEO AES+
Magician Lord
Returns on NEOGEO AES+
A dark adventure and an epic wizard's quest
Magician Lord is a title that combined dark fantasy themes with explosive magical effects, becoming one of the most recognizable releases for SNK hardware. The player takes on the role of Eltie, a powerful wizard who sets out on a journey to defeat the evil sorcerer Gala Agiese. The mission is to recover eight stolen magical tomes, requiring players to traverse levels filled with monsters, hidden areas, and screen-filling bosses.
Magical transformations and the ultimate challenge
A key gameplay element is collecting mystical orbs that allow the hero to transform into alternative forms with unique abilities and attacks. This mechanic adds strategic depth to encounters and is essential for overcoming the high difficulty level for which the game is renowned. Magician Lord rewards precision, timing, and skill in recognizing patterns. The game cartridge is fully compatible with both the modern NEOGEO AES+ system and the original NEOGEO AES console.
